The firm began operations in North Carolina in 1989. Grady Ingle joined the firm in 1990 and was named Managing Partner in 1997. Mr. Ingle currently has 20 years experience providing default management and related legal services to the mortgage industry.

Elizabeth Ells has served as the firm’s Office Manager since its inception and has extensive experience in mortgage default management. Mrs. Ells’ knowledge of the default industry has evolved over the years with a critical eye to detail. Mr. Ingle and Mrs. Ells lead a team of 17 attorneys and a staff of more than 70 employees dedicated to providing unparalleled client service.
